After Alfred Kinsey wrote his books, Sexual Behavior in the Human Male and Sexual Behavior in the Human Female Hugh Hefner read his book and decided to become Kinsey's pamphleteer.  Kinsey's fraudulent data based on the rape and torture of infants and children was used to usurp our Common Law and institute the current Model Penal Code we operate on today.  In the process, 43 states put into law protections for schools, teachers and public libraries to distribute pornography to minors.  

In Indiana, it took 3 years to repeal the defense to prosecution for schools in providing pornographic content to minors under "education" purposes.
